Southwest Meeting of the Mopars 2015

I nearly forgot to post my coverage from the Southwest Meeting of the Mopars presented by Team Mopar 360 AZ Chapter and Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Avondale.

It was a great evening full of amazing cars, wonderful people and some crazy weather!  Despite some initial wind and blowing dust the night went swimmingly and a good time was had by all.

It was great to see so many local Mopar enthusiasts from so many clubs in one place, a big thanks to all the Mopar 360 folks for the hard work organizing an amazing event. A big thanks to our friends at other local clubs – AZLX, Desert Area Mopar, PHXAMM and Mopar Outlawz (if I missed anyone please let me know!)!

Looking forward to seeing everyone again soon!

5th Annual Bomb Squad Bomb-B-Q

5th Annual Bomb Squad Car Club Bomb-B-Q

Last year something came up and I wasn’t able to make it to the Bomb Squad Car Club’s annual show. When I saw coverage of the 4th annual Bomb-B-Q last year after the event, I realized that I missed out on an awesome event and knew that I had to make it to the next show. I made it this year and boy am I glad that I did, the show was well attended with tons Continue reading

Marc Prescott’s Decepticon Challenger

[zfp_photo id=’h3dfd26da’]

When I was at Spring Fest this year I noticed Marc’s Challenger and really like his attention to detail and unique execution. The Dodge Challenger looks mean to begin with, but you put a custom two-tone paint job, Speedlogix Hood, a 3″ Drop, some Oracle Halos, Viper Replica Wheels and… well you get the picture. One mean car gets even meaner.

Marc’s story is pretty cool, he was Continue reading

Robert Park’s 2008 Dodge Charger R/T AKA “BAGDMPR”

[zfp_photo id=’h725e76a’]

Like many of my of my features, I snapped shots of Robert’s ride at a show (SpringFest 9) and connected with him on Instagram (@bagdmpr) after I posted a shot of his car. We chatted about his ride and he shared his story with me; his story isn’t unlike many others, it started with a craving for a ride, then morphed into an obsession.

When Robert first Continue reading
