I’m usually not a huge fan of the Mustang, it is not that it isn’t a good looking car or anything, it is just a little too common for my taste. I am probably the opposite of a lot of Mustang fans in that I like a good Resto mod, something different that isn’t as much as of a Bellybutton car like many of the Mustangs out there. I really liked the work done on this ’67 here are some of the highlights:
Side-Oiler 427 with Dove Aluminum heads, NASCAR style high-rise intake manifold, Holly HP series 950cfm Carb, Forged Eagle crankshaft and connecting rods, ARP goods, Jessel roller rockers, stainless steel valves, Comp Cams bumpstick all exhaling through Hooker Super Comp Headers and 3″ Magnaflow exhaust.
All of that power is sent through a Tremec TKO 5-Speed and a 456 Detroit Locker with 31 spline Moser Axles. It rides on re-engineered control arm and 4-link coil-over suspension with Heidts Rack and Pinion Steering and Heidts sway bar and a set of staggered (18/20) SSR Forged Wheels and BF Goodrich rubber.
This is one sweet ride!
